Our Staff
The Rev. Billy Tweedie
joined the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in August of 2013. Fr. Billy graduated from the Seminary of the Southwest in 2009 with an MDiv and was ordained priest in January 2010. Prior to joining Resurrection, Fr. Billy was Director of Youth Ministries at St. David’s, Austin; served as curate at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Waco and as College Missioner to the Canterbury Student Group at Baylor University in Waco. Before going to seminary, Fr. Billy was the Director of Youth Ministries at Christ Church Cathedral in Houston. Fr. Billy has twin teenagers, Liam and Ella.
Parish Administrator
Linda Bryant has been a member of Resurrection since 1991 when she moved to Austin. Before joining the staff as Parish Administrator in 2019, she twice served on the Vestry and held the office of Treasurer for several years..
