Clergy

In addition to the duties prescribed in the Canons of the Episcopal Church and taking direction from the Bishop of the Diocese of Texas, the Rector guides and directs the spiritual formation and growth of the Parish and has an active involvement in all the ministries. He offers counseling, guidance, support and encouragement to ministry leaders and to any parishioner in their involvement with any ministry supported by ECR.

The Rector holds quarterly ministry leadership meetings to bring all ministry leaders together to share their experiences and plans for ministry with each other as a corporate group.
